Saral Lagani Plus:

This is a subscription-based service that offers enhanced features, analytics, and tools for a monthly fee. The specific features and pricing details for Saral Lagani Plus are outlined on the Platforms subscription page.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. The Company disclaims any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information presented on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability:

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The Company's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the Platform.

Features and Functionality:

Live Data Projection:

The extension provides live NEPSE stock data, including stock prices, total loss and profit, top gainers, and top losers. If the "Project over Meroshare" option is not enabled, the extension will display additional live data, such as added columns with more detailed insights.

Upload Portfolio:

By clicking the "Upload Portfolio" button, your stock data will be transmitted to SaralLagani, and your portfolio will be synced with the SaralLagani platform. An active SaralLagani account is required, and you may need to provide your account credentials to enable this synchronization.

Floating Popup:

Enabling the floating popup will display a popup in your currently open tab, using data from that active tab.

Data Privacy and Security:

Data Collection:

We may collect personal data and stock portfolio details as part of the extension's functionality. This data is used solely for providing the services offered by the extension and enhancing your experience on SaralLagani.

Data Sharing:

Your data, including stock details, will not be shared with third parties, except for the purposes of portfolio synchronization with SaralLagani. We are committed to protecting your data with industry-standard security measures; however, you acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure.

User Consent:

By using the extension and enabling features like "Upload Portfolio", you consent to the collection, use, and transmission of your data as described in these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your SaralLagani account credentials secure and confidential.

User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your SaralLagani account details and for any activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
